This effective, invigorating and deeply cleansing kriya will be a wonderful support in clearing stagnation and help jump start your healing journey. We will dive into different layers of pranayama, breath exercises combined with stretches and strengthening movements. Please be mindful of how you are feeling during and after practice. Keep in mind that your body needs an integration phase after this set and it will be natural to feel unprocessed emotions arise. Be gentle and loving with yourself.

A breath work and mudra session that asks us for dedication and resilience. This highly effective clearing breath and stabilizing static arm posture will shift the nervous system toward a healing response (parasympathetic activation) and help with dissolving deep seated emotional and mental patterns connected to anger or lack of anger and setting healthy boundaries. Practice this breath in challenging situations for a calm and clear mind and to reclaim your self agency.
