This gentle self healing course will guide you into deeper relationship with the self. We focus on opening the mind and heart space for greater capacity of self love and nurturing. You receive three deeply soothing reiki meditations to unlock the subconscious and allow for an empowered growth process where you learn to create space for yourself and your continued wellbeing. Purposefully designed for relaxation this course is suited for those with limited time who still seek to understand themselves better and initiate lasting change in their everyday behaviors, choices and patterns of belief.

Reiki To Heal And Nurture Yourself
This Reiki transmission initiates the process of deep self care. Please allow time for it to work through the various layers of self perception and belief. It will be good to write down any thoughts and insights afterwards. Please prepare a glass of water to drink for grounding for when the flow of reiki is concluded.
I lead all my Reiki sessions intuitively, guiding you with purpose and precision. I share all insights that arise in a calm manner to help you relax and recover your energy.

Reiki To Surrender The Mind
This second session focuses on consciously resetting the inner narrative and allowing for mental obstacles to be overcome. We allow for surrender and release of the domineering thought patterns that stand in the way of self love and healing. It is possible that this will be the most tender session, as the mental realm can be persistent. I encourage dedicated effort, gentle self-affirmation, and kindness throughout this process to support your journey toward acceptance and relaxation.

Reiki To Increase Self Love
In this third energy transmission you will explore and increase your capacity for self love. This is a sweet and healing session that will envelope you with the experience of being safe, protected, nurtured and completely centered. You can return to this meditation whenever you need to recharge and recover and simply need an energetic hug and reminder of your inner and outer strength and grace. Keep your journal and glass of water close by.
