Self Care Rituals no.2: Restore
This holistic self care course will give you the tools to live in harmony with the cycles of the natural world. It aims to illustrate the delicate interconnection of body, mind and spirit as it is understood in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This second course of a five part series highlights the element of water, the season of winter, the organ system of the kidneys and bladder as well as the corresponding emotion of fear and feelings of anxiety. This course is a timeless tool for self discovery and meant to be revisited until you uncover all the layers to your health with loving patience and dedication.
Physical signs of an imbalance are back pain, joint pain (spec. feet and knees), stiffness, coldness, low energy, adrenal fatigue, migraines, tinnitus, hair loss, challenges with libido, fertility and reproductive organs and problems with the kidneys and bladder.
Emotional work includes the integration and release of difficult emotions such as fear, anxiety, panic attacks and loss in energy and motivation.
