Self Care Rituals no. 1: Release

This holistic self care course will give you the tools to live in harmony with the cycles of the natural world. Physical signs of imbalance are upper body tension and shoulder pain, dry cough, respiratory issues, dryness of the skin, eczema, psoriasis, dry facial features, digestive issues, constipation and bloating.

Emotional work includes the integration and release of difficult emotions such as sadness, grief, loneliness, overwhelm and fear of abandonment.
