Self Care Rituals no.1: Release

This holistic self care course will give you the tools to live in harmony with the cycles of the natural world. It aims to illustrate the delicate interconnection of body, mind and spirit as it is understood in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This first course of a five part series highlights the element of metal, the season of fall, the organ system of the lungs and large intestine as well as the corresponding emotion of sorrow. This course is a timeless tool for self discovery and meant to be revisited until you uncover all the layers to your health with loving patience and dedication.

Physical signs of imbalance are upper body tension and shoulder pain, dry cough, respiratory issues, dryness of the skin, eczema, psoriasis, dry facial features, digestive issues, constipation and bloating.

Emotional work includes the integration and release of difficult emotions such as sadness, grief, loneliness, overwhelm and fear of abandonment.
